The 30, 20 30 rule

This weekend I tried a new way of running.  Instead of running for time I ran the 30,20 10 rule.  The way it works is to run easy for 30 seconds and then 20 at moderate and then fast for the last 10 seconds.  It is a way of keeping your heart rate elevated.
