Painting with Light Club

After school today a group of student joined “painting with light” club.  Using flashlights in a darkened room they moved their flashlight as if it were a pen.  Some wrote their initials, stars or a squiggle.

1st graders are working on throwing and catching skills.

Students were reminded to: Keep their eyes on the ball when catching. Have hands ready for catching. When throwing… Steping forward with the opposite foot then the hand that is throwing.
